Fall 2016 CETP Meeting Schedule

With the Fall Election season upon us, the Cincinnati East Tea Party is seeking to give our members an opportunity to meet and dialogue with candidates on the ballot in Mt. Lookout, Hyde Park, Mt Washington and Oakley precincts. An additional highlight will be a presentation at our August meeting on the Cincy Eastern Bypass, an initiative mounted by highway planning professionals in Northern Kentucky. You will be amazed at the advantages of this plan compared to building another bridge alongside the Brent Spence.  Below are the highlights for meetings in August, September and October.

Tuesday, August 30, 6:30pm
Oakley Community Center in Hyde Park Shopping Center

Cincy Eastern Bypass – Kentucky ByPass Team Leader Greg Fischer will discuss the status of the Cincy Eastern Bypass proposal, which eliminates the need for a new bridge alongside the Brent Spence. You will be amazed at the advantages of this citizen led proposal that is gaining traction.

Fall Election Kick-Off – Hamilton County Commissioner Candidate Andrew Pappas will headline our introduction of Fall Election Candidates who will each give a brief self-introduction.

CETP Campaign Plans – The Hamilton County Swing ’16 Campaign that supports the entire Republican ticket is gearing up a major effort. Learn how you can provide critical support.

Judicial Candidate Night

Judge Patrick Fischer has been invited to discuss the importance of judges conforming decisions to constitutional intent. All Republican endorsed Hamilton County and Ohio Supreme Court candidates that are present will briefly present their background and qualifications.

Legislative Candidate Night

Congressman Brad Wenstrup will discuss the critical nature of the 2016
U. S. House and Senate elections and the hot issues this election season. All Republican endorsed Ohio General Assembly and Hamilton County candidates on the ballot in Mt. Lookout, Hyde Park and Oakley will introduce themselves and briefly speak to their candidacy.
